Dave,
See this, R8,R6 both ethernets are on same segment 10.80.80.0/24. R8 and
R6 have "eigrp 100" enable.
R1 ethernet interface is on the same switch or hub with R8 and R6 but being
configured with address 192.1.1.1/24 and has eigrp enable as well.
Below is the output.
