It has been said in the past that half of the labs do no have any solutions.
Can you please confirm if this is still the case.

Also does any know if the materials are up-to-date for the current
blueprint?

I sent a few emails to Internetwork Expert but did not get a reply back
as of yet.

Don't want to waste my money if the material is out-of-date.

Have you guys try the Internetwork Expert Security workbook? I have
their
RS workbook and it is really good. But I wonder whether the Seucirty
work
book, which os only 60% of the price of RS workbook, is equally as good.
