There is a set of points allocated for some sections. The total of
these points is 100.

Say, Section 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, and 1.5 about FRelay carry a total of
3 points (i.e 3%). If you do not get all these 5 sub-sections your
total is 0/3 (no partial credit) and that is ( 0+x)% where x is the
sum of remaining section you have not tackled yet (max x is 97 if you
get all correct).
