Perhaps the guy who developed this crazy task would like to test if we
remember that 'show ip os neighbor detail' shows 0.0.0.0 on DR and BDR if
network does not elect DR/BDR:

As you know, it is easy to be confused by the statement. Maybe the task is
something like: 'remote router should see R2 with DR link-ID of 0.0.0.0.'
The question could be direct and say: 'configure ospf multipoint'; but we
know it is not the way tests are done.

What do you think?
