Hi,
"ip nbar protocol-discovery" is not a requirement to match any part of the url.
This command is just used to see what protocols are passing through the router.
Are you sure we can simulate the url access using GET /test.txt HTTP/1.0?
Would be possible to test it using a host?
And, as you know, NBAR just match packets passing through the router. Is this the case?
