ATM bit rates (specifically abr & cbr)

Hello,

When I try and configure the ATM bit rate under the PVC, I only have options for:

ubr - specify PCR
ubr+ - specify PCR & MCR
vbr-nrt - specify PCR, SCR & MBS

I can't find options for configuring abr or cbr.

Does anyone know how I would configure these two ATM bit rates (abr & cbr) ?
