Nice!
Many thanx Roberto.

I personally find the TAC Case Collections to be especially useful.

Here are some others, some may be on your list, there were so many to read
through :)

http://www.cisco.com/go/softphone/ (used this once or twice)

http://www.cisco.com/go/spvoice (one of my current favorites)

http://www.cisco.com/go/tradein/ ('nuff said)

http://www.cisco.com/go/qrg/ (quick ref guide)

http://www.cisco.com/go/release122 (some interesting white papers, pdf's,
etc...)

http://www.cisco.com/go/cs-contacts/ (self explanatory)

then we have training links...
http://www.cisco.com/go/wirelesstraining
that has some links to courses, seminars, etc...

and while I am on the topic of seminars why not
http://www.cisco.com/go/seminars

there are also some (many?) duplicates, for example:
http://www.cisco.com/go/network101
this goes to SMB, which you already have on your list

and a shortcut to 'shortcuts'
http://www.cisco.com/go/shortcuts
not quite as useful as most IMHO;
it actually takes you to a list of SMB tools and resources

then there are some that are no longer active,
http://www.cisco.com/go/findhotspots
now it's WiFi zone finder or something like that...

Cheers,
~M

Hi Chuck

I think even Cisco doesn't know them all, as I've found some broken go's and
some outdated ones! :-)
I've started once collecting all shortcuts i've found and keep still updating
it. You can find it under:
http://business.giana.ch/images/stories/products/goshortcuts.pdf

Any new go-shortcut is welcome and will be included as soon as possible!

Regards

Roberto
