Forgive me the digression in this interesting thread, but every time
I look at the thread title, I try to decide why some outlaw bikers
would call their club "Rate-Limit".
Seriously, never forget that there can be more than one way to
achieve the exact same result in IOS. Most often, the reason is that
some new human interface, or new underlying feature (e.g., MQC) has
been introduced, but some older things are there for legacy
compatibility.
