Hi all
I have been searching in the NET for cisco's interface order of processing document including CCO sites.Once I have found a "NAT Order of Operation" URL from cisco site which clearly talks about the order of process in terms of the NAT "inside/outside interface Concept. But I have found a another document which has the simplified version of the above. it talks about General Interface Order of Processing informations(not in NAT point of view).This seems to be very useful ..This document only talking about the important functions like ACL,NAT etc in the interfaces. It does not mention about IP accounting and small set processes. Can can validate and share their thoughts ?
INBOUND ORDER OF PROCESSING>
Inbound packets--->Inbound ACL---->Interface Crypto-Map--->NAT--->PBR-->Normal Routing.
OUTBOUND ORDER OF PROCESSING>
packet reaches interfaces--->NAT----->Interface Crypto-Map---->Outbound ACL--->Normal Routing.
Note :PBR is missing as the PBR is not relevent in Outbound traffic in outbound interface.
Thanks& Regards
Shun
