Yes, for sure. Report it.

The test is very expensive and the feeback is almost a shame.

I have been working with education for same years and sometimes I think we are nuts to apply for these rules.

But, anyway, we really improve our knowledgment studying to master the lab.

On my first attempt I also have problem with the Doc access. It was slow and sometimes it was necessary to close all windows and start over again.

I am sure there is same kind of "Quality Control" on the CCIE program that may take care of problems in the lab, like yours.
