clns vs. clns_is

Greetings GS,

On the dialer interface we match clns_is (dialer-list 1 protocol clns_is
permit)
Yet on the BRI dialer map itself we use 'dialer map clns 00 bro'
Same for ATM, 'protocol clns 00 bro'

Even though we have the former 'clns_is' option available for both we use
'clns' for the actual mappings...

Only clns_is to identify the interesting traffic.

Use clns when an adjacency is involved.

Am I interpreting this correctly?

TIA,
~M
