The e-mail dated May 10, 2005 from Ali Manzoor Khan stated that while
Cisco told him he failed before he paid for the reread. I wonder if
Cisco refunded him the fee for the reread or did Cisco take any action
other than just sorry. Would Cisco bother to have 2 people grade a
candidate ?
