conditional route-map question

Good Day,

I have a question on "network checked" for a conditional route-map.

Some scenarios, Solution guide checks for the attached network & some
other places, Solution guide checks for "loopback or other networks
that could have been learned from neighbors".

Is there a difference on which one to use ?

Example:
-----------
R4----ospf-----R3-------nwA------R2 (lo2)

Scenario 1: R3 will inject default routes to R4 only if nwA is present

Scenario 2: R3 will inject default routes to R4 only if lo2 nw is present

Thanks for your time.

/SAN
