IPV6 BGP questions?

Guys,

I configured an IPv6 BGP, with SITE-LOCAL addrss,
the perring is up and running, but when i advertise a
network to the peer, and i do "SHOW IPV6 route"
the next hop is a LINK LOCAL ADDRESS,

WHY?
