I don't see the difference but true is I am static at looking for
opportunities. One advice though, have a look at the following book

Didn't want to get too far off topic but wanted to see what you all might
think about the way the industry is starting to consolidate. Inevitably
during consolidation, mergers, and acquisitions there are lots of changes,
and for those ambitious and qualified, there are opportunities. This is the
state of the industry these days, where do you see opportunities for CCIE's
or soon to be CCIE's as companies merge and grow?
