I have the latest Internetwork Expert lab workbook and I LOVE it.

Each lab has a level of difficulty rating that really does seem to be
rather uncanny in its accuraccy - at least for my skill set. I think
they had beta testers vote to help them come up with the number!

Not only do the IE labs look, feel, and taste like the real thing (I
sat it in Jan) - the solutions guide is incredible - it teaches you
the technologies instead of just focusing on "gotchas".

I think they will give you a full lab free - along with the
approariate solution guide section. You should check it out.

If you want some strategy guidance and tips on passing - and more
info about the IE approach - you should check out this cool free
seminar they did:

There is also an IPv6 free session as well - I have not done it yet -
but the reviews have been very positive.
