ATM Physical cabling

Hi

Can anybody assist me with some physical ATM cabling requirements?
I have an ATM LS1010 with a 155m STM-1 PAM module which gives me MMF
connectors. In my Router6 I have an ATM-E1 module, which gives me 4 x RJ45
connectors. How do I connect them?
Is there a Cisco cable that is MMF one end and RJ45 the other?

Any help greatly received.
