Hi All,

I'm still in Brussels in front of a dark beer and dark chocolate. :)

First of all, many thanks for Paul. ( great groupstudy ).
And I want to thanks to my wife Cristina and my 6 years old daughter
Ioana for their patience during the last year. ( I've studied about 3 -
4 hours day by day including weekends )
My daugter is not so patience most of the time, but now she wants to
have a CCIE plaque amongst her toys. :)
The first attempt was in San Jose in May 2004 ( at Cisco Networkers )
and was a complete failure. I wasn't really prepared and after a more
than 24 hours of flight I've failed.
After that I've bought the IE WorkBook vol 1 and I did all labs. In July
( I'm not sure about the date ) I've taked a NMC Checkit lab, but
because of my daily job I can't worked on it.
Indy Teller from NMC helped me with a new Checkit Lab for free. ( This
time I've got a good score ). The Checkit Lab is a very good product as
IE WorkBook is.
The second attempt was in Brussels in December 2004. I've performed very
well the routing and switching part ( finished before the lunch ), but
after that the thinks didn't worked well.
I've finished 2 hours earlier but because of my adrenaline, I didn't
check my work well.
Now the exam seems not to be so hard. ( As Scott said: When you are
prepared the exam seems to be easier than when you have failed ).
So, I've performed and checked tasks step by step and I've finished the
lab 15 minutes earlier than the deadline, but at the end I was pretty
sure that this time I'll pass.

Kindest Regards,

I die. I fracture into thousands of fragments of flushed embarrassment.
My body parts fly, connectionless, over a badly constructed spanning
tree that isn't quite loop free.
I fall screaming into 127.0.0.1.
