Perhaps if it were using TDM..then maybe but I wouldn't think so with
ethernet.
What makes you think there would be an issue?
We converted our core to 10gig last year and have had no problems of any
kind.

Subject: 10 Gigabit Ethernet vs. 1 Gigabit Ethernet
Hello all,
Is it true that 10 Gigabit Uplink will actually be worst than 1 Gb
Uplink for low-utilization users?
I'm talking about 10 Gbit vs. 1Gb connection from the access switch to
the distribution switch.
Thanks,
Moh'd
