It will vary depending upon how much content is in the lab exam.
Let's not worry about "how much of topic x is on the lab exam", and just
focus on what's listed on the lab exam blueprint. If you can achieve a
solid understanding of all topics listed on the blueprint, and be able to
configure most of it with your eyes closed (and be able to find the obscure
stuff on the cd), then you should be fine.
Yes, IPv6 is now a testable topic on the lab exam. That's not news. You
shouldn't worry about how much of IPv6 you'll see on the lab exam, instead,
focus your efforts to be able to configure anything associated with IPv6
(interface addresses, RIPng, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, etc.). This way your are
thoroughly prepared for anything that they throw at you, and you are not
caught off-guard with any surprises.
Like the old saying goes, if it's on the blueprint, it's fair game. It can
be tested at any time. Prepare yourself for it.
