Yes , you can run 6.3.4 with 16MB flash on a 520.

Dear Cisco guys,

I have Cisco Secure PIX Firewall 520 series, IOS Version 5.1(4), with
following specifications
Hardware: SE440BX2, 128 MB RAM, CPU Pentium II 349 MHz
Flash AT29C040A @ 0x300, 2MB
BIOS Flash AM28F256 @ 0xfffd8000, 32KB

If I replace Flash memory from 2MB to 16MB Flash memory then Can I
upgrade Pix IOS Version 5.1(4) to the latest IOS Version like 6.3 ?
