Hi Richard,Ian

Thanks for your response.

Yes I have tried both "isdn test disconnect " as well of "clear interface"
commands to clear my PRI channel in Q. But neither could clear the channel
for me as you can see below.

gateway#sh isdn a
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
                                ISDN ACTIVE CALLS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Call Calling Called Remote Seconds Seconds Seconds Charges
Type Number Number Name Used Left Idle
Units/Currency
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Out 0894916249 +0407977920 2052 Unavail - 0
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

gateway#sh voice call

1/0:15 1
      vtsp level 0 state = S_CONNECT
callid 0xAEE8 B01 state S_TSP_CONNECT clld 00407977920 cllg 0894916249
1/0:15 2 - - -

gateway#isdn test disconnect interface serial 1/0:15 1

gateway#sh isdn a
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
                                ISDN ACTIVE CALLS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Call Calling Called Remote Seconds Seconds Seconds Charges
Type Number Number Name Used Left Idle
Units/Currency
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Out 0894916249 +0407977920 2097 Unavail - 0

Hopefully some one must have seen this issue before ??

Cheers

- David
