you can use offset-list out to set different metrics on the interfaces link
to router A & router B.
router rip
version 2
timers basic 3 18 18 24
redistribute eigrp 100 metric 1
offset-list 1 out 4 FastEthernet0/0 ' link to router A
offset-list 1 out 2 Serial0/0 ' link to router B. remove this line if
you want Router B get rip routes with metric of 1
network 132.1.0.0
no auto-summary
