I think when we summarize in OSPF, a null0 route will be added, but it can
be removed with the command : no discard-route external

"discard-route internal/external" is turned on by default to prevent
routing loop in case of summary address overlap, backup link:

what I don't know is: under what condition it's not needed? (=no
discard-route internal/external)
my thought on this one is: Even you don't have overlapped summary
addresses, it's always a good idea to have it there (unless the goal
is to minimize the routing table?)
