ISDN Backup

Hi:
I have following scenario:

R1----------ISDN-------------R3
    ----------R2---------------

I have primary connection R1, R2, and R3. I would like backup the
connection using isdn between R1 and R3. all of them running OSPF, the
call can NOT be triggered if the link between R1 and R2 is down.

Could anyone tell me how to do it?
