Hello Zahid,

I have tried to draw this out, it seems to me that your mutual EIGRP to OSPF
redistribution on the Ethernet interfaces of R3 and R4 are causing the loop.
On either one of the router, R3 or R4, configure OSPF with a higher distance
than external EIGRP:

router ospf 1
distance ospf 171
