Some Sort of Dynamic NAT

Friends,

Is it possible to have a dynamic nat for a case:

I want to NAT my internal NETwork X to an IP address Z if a particular
next hop or route say Q in present in the routing table otherwise if the
next-hop or router are not present, I will NAT the Network X into an IP
address Y.

I want also to accomplish this in relation with tracker object.
