Are you studying for the CCIE lab?

These are some very basic things that can be found on the DOC CD without
much effort on your part.

For the data encryption, are you talking about IPSEC data encryption? If
so, take a look at crypto maps.

There are numerouse ways to rate limit depending on your requirements.

How can we setup a frame-relay connection between 2
routers for 128 bit MD5 authentication and 128 bit
data encryption

Also if asked to limit a particular DLCI to run
between 300 and 400 kbps depending on congestion
level. How can we achieve it, keeping in mind that the
router never send more than 100 kpbs of multicast
stream into this particular DLCI.
