If one interface is FE and the other is E( 10BT), then juts make both link
as E.
Massing around EIGRP metric is very complicated.

A possible solution is that EIGRP does equal-cost load balancing
by default when the variance parameter is not set.
Just make sure that the metric for the two (or more) routes is exactly
equal.
