Command Reference vs DOCcd

Hi, group:

  When I search something the cisco.com, I always find the same command exist in the two system: Command Reference and DOCcd. For instance, secu in the former is at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/iosswrel/ps1835/products_command_reference_book09186a0080087e33.html, secu in the latter is at http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios122/122cgcr/fsecur_r/index.htm. They all are IOS 12.2, I do not understand why cisco waste the resource for the same thing, I also can not distinguish the difference between the two.

  Any comment?
