Is there a way to do autocommand "space bar"?

Sean,
You just need to think outside the box on this one. You'll find
the first part of the solution by using the "?" under the "line con 0"
configuration. It'll be one of the first commands you see.

There are a ton of "head scratchers" in the new Volume II
workbook. In fact Brian and I were just talking about one scenario
where we'll be surprised if anyone figures out the solution ;-)

Hmm..., excellent question. Not sure what the answer is but I'm still
searching. This actually highlights one of the areas I'm always trying
to
figure out how to improve. These one or two tasks in the lab where the
solution will be an obscure, one or two word command.

What I've investigated so far:
1-under line config - R1(config-line)#? Looked thru the command list
but
didn't find an answer. I would assume it's one of these commands unless

it's some global command that effects telnet. Keep searching...
2-looked up 'length' on the CD under commands, trying to see if the
documentation lists any similar commands - nada there.
3-do a 'show terminal' to see if I can see any help - didn't find the
answer
there....
4-looked up 'Configuring Operating Characteristics for Terminals' on the

CD - didn't find the answer there.

At this point, I would probably scrap the searching and move on to
something
else. When I finished the lab, I would come back and research some
more.
If I did find the answer, it would probably be more by blind-luck than
actually finding the answer. My hunch is I'm looking at the answer when
I
do a R1(config-line)#? but I just didn't see it. Perhaps changing the
terminal-type?

So...., you got me. I'm not as concerned with knowing the answer
(although
I am curious) but am more eager to figure out how I can sharpen my
skills
better to help discover the answer.

Thanks for the head scratcher,
Sean
