created this cheat sheet which might add value for some (although it only
shows one end of the connection).

pvc 0 16 ILMI
atm ilmi-pvc-discovery
!show atm pvc to display the detected PVC.
!PVC Configuration - Disable discovery to configure the PVC that
ilmi-pvc-discovery detected
SVC Information
!Need to configure qsaal (on the major interface)
!SVC does not work on P2P subif, requires multipoint subif.
!show atm ilmi-status to detect the NSAP prefix. Add unique ESI (End System
Identifier)
