The only thing you would have to change compared to the vendor solution
is the clock rate command.
frame intf dce still stays on the frame-switch.
frame intf dce only is used to tell the frame-switch that the router on
the other end is a router and not a true frame-switch.
This has nothing to do with the actual cabling of the DCE cable.
