Thanks, Tony:

  The book "CCIE? Practical Studies, Volume I, By Karl Solie" says:
=========================================================================
  The Frame Relay switch is predominately a DCE device, which means two things:
1.Any modeling requires a minimum of three routers: one router for the switch and two routers to use the
switch to communicate with each other.
2.DCE cables are needed on the frame switch's serial interfaces.
=========================================================================
  So, I never changed this model in my home lab. And I did consider that I should put command "clock rate" on the normal router in the rental lab, but I did not do that. Now, let me try it again.

TIA
dillon
