Simon,
Its my experience that labs are very useful at learning how to do things
and why you do them. IOW, they impart understanding through doing.
Once you understand, focus on the minute points of certain areas and
where to find them on the doccd FAST. That will be your greatest
advantage.
There will be a tendency to think you have forgotten core skills as you
move through this process. But be positive, know you know it cause you
understand the topic. If not, then strive for understanding.
Then you will be very comfortable with your actual lab sitting. And, if
you have any questions, the doccd, which you have by now mastered, is
only a click away. 8)

Subject: Where Next?
I have now completed all 20 Labs in the IE workbook and feel comfortable
with about 80% of the material.
My intention is to focus on the remaining 20% of the material covered
within the workbook. My lab is now 2 months away, can anyone provide
guidance on whether I should purchase another workbook from a different
vendor, or is concentrating on the IE book enough (along with all the
Cisco Press material I have e.g. Doyle, Solie etc.)
Look forward to your comments
