I have worked on all the 7 labs from the book by Duggaon using rack
rental from bradshawlabs.com. I found them quite helpful and pace
slowly picks up as you go to end of the book. The explanation given
really helped me a lot. Since you dont have a workbook you should
atleast try the sample labs available from Internetworkexpert and NMC.
I felt the labs from the Duggon were less complex as compared to the
sample lab from IE or NMC.
