-click on the Technology Support link
-click on the IP link
-click on the SNMP link
-click on View all Documents
-click on 'How to Configure RMON Alarm and Event Settings Using SNMP
Commands'
*note* This is the -new- page for this but if you scroll all the way to
the bottom....
-under 'Related Information'.... click on 'Configuring RMON Alarm and
Event Settings from the Command Line'

easy! ;)

If you just remember that, in Cisco-eze things like RMON, DNS, DHCP,
HSRP, NTP, etc., are all 'ip services' it helps... at least it does for
me.
