RMON and SNMP

When configuring RMON to send traps, is it the minimum SNMP configuration necessary to send them to a server?

snmp-server community xxxx RO
snmp-server enable traps
snmp-server host 1.1.1.1 xxxx

I was wondering if there is a command to enable just a specific trap related to RMOM.

And is it necessary to specify "snmp-server community xxxx RO"?
 (as the community is specified on "snmp-server host 1.1.1.1 xxxx" and on the RMON command)
