Yes it does - do a debug ip routing, you should be able to detect the
change.

The problem here is that you will end up with a flapping ISDN link, this can
be overcome by manually setting the OSPF cost

Considering Cisco Documentation "Why OSPF Demand Circuit Keeps Bringing Up
the Link" --Reason 6: OSPF Demand Circuit Is Configured Over a Multilink
PPP.

If Multilink PPP is configured over ISDN, and dialer load-threshold is
configured to, say, 50%, when traffic level falls and the second link is
deactivated, does the OSPF cost change, triggering a SPF calculation?

Thanks for any feedback. I am trying to figure out before getting into
configurations to check.
