I'm running 12.2T code and I see CDP causing the link to be brought up
in ACS ( tacacs authentication/authorization )
( I actually see it failing since I didn't permit CDP and it sees CDP
trying to bring it up, but none the less its still seeing CDP traffic as
interesting )
My lab is dissassembled for moving or I would cut and paste what I see
in ACS.
