Just the physical.
Sometimes you will see 0.0.0.0 mappings and need to reload the router to
clear them.

If you're asked not to rely on dynamic resolution, and you are using
p2p or p2m subinterfaces, can you disable it on the physical
interface alone or do you need to disable it on both the physical and
subinterfaces? Can't check it out at the moment myself ....
