Don't forget the subnet mask.
I've seen lots of students type
Access-list 1 permit 192.168.1.0
When they should have typed
Access-list 1 permit 192.168.1.0 0.0.0.255

access-list 1 permit x.x.x.x
where x.x.x.x is the LAN where you have the distribute director
