Hi,

I didn't read about this command anywhere, just found it by chance
when looking for a way to verify that DTP was turned off.

However, I haven't found it to be useful in any way. When used with
arguments it's cryptic. When used without arguments on my 3550, it
tells me that DTP is running, when I'm pretty sure its not running in
any way. I think Chuck may well be right about it being a bug, but
until I can investigate further, I'm going to avoid it.
