what I mean is:
is there any restrictions in NBMA topology partial full-mesh (HUB & SPOKE) if I have all L1 routers?
suppose I have all multipoint subif in hub & spoke environment, the default net type for isis multipoint subif is broadcast, so, if I don't want to change the default net-type, all L1 routers will send LAN hellos out their interfaces, furthermore they try to elect a DIS (DR) but they don't have fully knowledge of all routers because they aren't on same physical link.
so it seems to be an incorrect design a NBMA partial mesh hub & spoke.
any comments?

thank you
