Hi Tim,

I think it should.

But, just to confirm, I opened Doyle II, pag 735:
"Before any traps are sent to the specified hosts, the traps must be enabled globally. Some traps are enabled by default".

So, it seems some traps will be sent by default, if "snmp-server enable traps..."is not configured.

Did you have a different result testing it?
