Hi Mohammad,

I am currently on lab 2 of the IEWB. My lab is
2x2501
2x2503
2509
2513 2514 2520
2523
2950 - 3550
ISDN PBX

It is not ideal equipment to run the labs on, but I have to make do with
what I have. Even though this is the older, cheaper equipment I'm still in
it for about 4 grand! It is possible to do the labs on this equipment and I
am definately progressing. For me the switches are providing some
limitations, I have to make some adjustments in the labs for this. I am
also one router short. My 2523 also serves as BB1. That worked because BB1
doesn't need an ether int.

I intend to rent some rack time for the ATM practice I need.

Also Neither of your switches has the EMI image on it. Look for the 5 near
the beginning of the name such as
c3550-i5q3l2-mz.121-22.EA1a.bin
To find the difference between the images you have to reference the feature
navigator.

With many of the "expensive" things like ATM... (unless you're just loaded
with money you don't know what to do with) The best bet is to rent a little
rack time. Cheap enough for the experience you need!

Your a little on the low end for the internetworkexpert lab book...but, you
should be able to do most things with some modifications of the labs. Since
you dont have ATM you'll probably need to do some rack rentals...I use rack
rentals in combination with home equipment as I dont have an ATM setup
anymore, with only a couple months before my lab it didnt make financial
sense to buy a new LS-1010 especially when I have no problems with ATM. Look
at the feature set of each IOS version you have, see what you can and cant
do...then hook everything up and start configuring...Look at it as a
learning process.
