Actually, I was able to get this to work once I UG to c2600-js-mz.122-27.bin
and c2500-js-l.122-27.bin

Worked like a champ.

Thanks,
Jim

I am so embarrassed.

The trick is to create a subinterface first. I know that. I have them in
production.

Sorry for the static.

Thanks for responses.

12.2 should allow you to do VLAN encapsulation on the 10MB interfaces.

IIRC, there is an IOS release for the 2611 (non-XM) that would allow me
to do VLAN encapsulation on the Ethernet interfaces. Am I remembering
incorrectly? I am having trouble on Feature Navigator finding what I
want/need/believe is out there.

Any help,steers,smacks with cluebats appreciated.

Thanks,

Jim
