I'm not familiar with TESTKING or any of the other ccie written test prep
materials out there that's in the form of practice questions.
Here's the reason.
I never wanted to take a short cut to learning this material. My approach
has (almost) always been to learn and understand the underlying concepts as
I know that if that's true, I'll always pass the test.
From what I've heard, many, if not most, of these test prep products are
cheats in the sense that they provide you with actual questions from the
test and give you the correct answers with little or no explanation. You
may end up passing the test but you won't end up a skilled network engineer.
That approach is what, I think, made the MCSE nearly worthless.
Of course, there's no way that passing the ccie written by preparing in this
way will help anyone pass the lab.
So, if you're goal is to become a ccie, you can bite the bullet now or bite
it later, but to become a ccie you'll have to bite the bullet at some point.
There's no way around it.
If, however, TestKing is offering practice labs, I'd stick with the market
leaders - Internetwork Expert or Netmasters.
Personally, I prefer IE, but lots of people swear by Netmasters.
HTH, Tim
