hi,

I have a question regarding DSLW Transparent Redundancy (taken from
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios122/122cgcr/fibm_c/bcfpart2/bcfdlsw.htm#wp1004635):

When configuring the dlsw maps, should the neighbor MAC not be the local
MAC of the neighbor?
Did anyone get this to work? I can't seem to.

Router A

dlsw local peer peer-id 10.2.17.1
dlsw remote-peer 0 tcp 10.3.2.1
dlsw transparent switch-support
!
interface loopback 0
ip address 10.2.17.1 255.255.255.0
!
int e 0
 mac-address 4000.0000.0001
 ip address 150.150.2.1 255.255.255.0
 dlsw transparent redundancy-enable 9999.9999.9999 master-priority
 dlsw transparent map local-mac 4000.0001.0000 remote-mac 4000.0010.0001
neighbor 4000.0000.0011

Router B

dlsw local peer peer-id 10.2.17.2 promiscuous
dlsw remote-peer 0 tcp 10.3.2.1
dlsw transport switch-support
!
interface loopback 0
ip address 10.2.17.2 255.255.255.0
!
int e 1
 mac-address 4000.0000.0011
 ip address 150.150.3.1 255.255.255.0
 dlsw transparent redundancy-enable 9999.9999.9999
 dlsw transparent map local-mac 4000.0201.0001 remote-mac 4000.0010.0001
 neighbor 4000.0000.0001

thanks
