They block 3389 at my work, but I changed my registry so that RDP goes on
23, which they don't block. Anyway, a guy at work uses a port forwarder to
do the same thing. I'm not sure which one, but I did a quick search and
found some freeware here:

Hi John,

I access my XP box at home via remote desktop. Then I turn on all my
routers and switches as well as reverse telnet to all of them. Not
sure if they block the destination 3389 or not.
